I think that if people didn\\’t really have a place to live, it would be really sad and people would be unhappy. In my opinion, if people would also think before maybe taking different loans or mortgages, they would do well. They would definitely have done better than taking out, for example, a mortgage or a loan that they would then not be able to pay back. Believe me, I know several people who took out loans just to enjoy life.Yes, of course, then you can enjoy life for two or three years because you have a lot of money, but then when you run out of money and you can\\’t pay your mortgage or your house or your rent or whatever, then that\\’s problem number one. And it\\’s a really big problem number one. A lot of people tell me over and over again that I should be really careful what I buy or if we really want to take out a loan, because I\\’m planning on taking out a loan this year, but for an electric bike. And although I\\’ve got my housing all done and I think I have a nice home because my son likes it too, but on the other hand I think that since we live in a village and we don\\’t have a car, an electric bike would be good. My son has a classic bike, my son loves to ride his bike and I don\\’t have anything yet, so we always have to take the bus together or I walk and my son rides his bike. We have our housing finished though and we plan to add one more room to the housing. So I figured it wouldn\\’t hurt to get an electric bike too and on installments. I don\\’t care. I\\’ve got a really good job, plus a part-time job, so I\\’m sure I\\’ll definitely be making the payments.
